Morpeth Markets

I was tasked to re design the branding for Morpeth Markets, managed by Northumberland County Council. The new market branding needed to entice new traders but also a younger audience. I opted for a retro style, colourful mascot in the shape of a shopping bag with iconography and bright slogans to support the branding. These are seen around Morpeth town and since the re-brand, record footfall numbers have been recorded within the last year. There is now a combined 9000 followers between facebook and instagram and a high interest from traders.
